Q: If I am considering a pool? Do you offer product necessary to meet my county, city and town requirements?
A: Yes, we offer our customers pool compliant fencing in all the different types of materials. We are well versed on local county, city and town pool code requirements and will match the appropriate material necessary to comply with your local regulations.
Q: What kind of Warranty do you offer?
A: Capital Fence, Inc. offers an unmatched full 3-year warranty on our fence workmanship and one-year on gates. Also, many of our manufacturers offer their own limited lifetime warranty on most products.
Q: Do you have your own crews or do you sub out your work?
A: We at Capital Fence do not sub out our work. Although our Crews are paid as subcontractors we have used the same crews for many years. This ensures us of maintaining the highest level of quality workmanship possible. We know and trust who will be working in your yard! We like to say, “We are as good as anyone, but not everyone is as good as we are!”
Q: What do I do if I can’t locate the metal property markers?
A: We recommend to our customers that they get a boundary survey done to have the property staked out by a professional. Start by locating your property plat (with settlement paperwork) and contact the surveyor listed on the plat if they are still available. Q: What if I can’t find my property plat?
A: If you can not locate your property plat, then try to locate the following information that you will need to provide to your local permit and zoning office – this information may be listed on your property tax bill. You will need the Lot and Block # of your property as well as subdivision. For Montgomery County please call (240) 777-0311 or visit

Q: Who is responsible for calling Miss Utility?
A: Capital Fence will contact Miss Utility prior to installation and will also renew your Miss Utility ticket to keep the markings fresh until installation is completed. In case you need to contact Miss Utility the phone # is 800-257-7777.
Q: When can I typically expect installation to begin after signing the contract?
A: Your Sales Representative will provide you with an estimated start date and completion date on your proposal. This date is assuming we receive the following in a timely manner:
- Contract signed and deposit/permit fee is received by check or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard only).
- Copy of property plat if we are to get permit. If customer is getting permit, we need a copy of permit before we can put you on the schedule.
- Fence location has been determined and Miss. Utility has marked property.
